How to request a refund

Email us through our contact page with your order number. We respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Conditions

Items should be returned in reasonable condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full — no return required.
